| As well as an experienced landscaper, owner Drew Dickson is a landscape desiger. A design would be a scale model of the yard with plants, shrubs, trees, flagstones, etc that the home owner and the landscape designer agree upon. Prices start at $100 and climb depending on the size and scope of the project. This can be done with or without our installation services | |||||||||||
| INSTALLATION | |||||||||||
| Prices vary depending on size and type of job. Obviously the bigger the job the cheaper each plant is to install. Typically installation is around $1 per gallon plant, but that isn’t a set price, just a reference. However, LANDSCAPE UNIQUE offers design and consultation services to help create the environment wanted to be obtained. With the design, you will receive a quote to have the job complete along with a written time frame in which the job is to be completed and a contract to ensure the work will be done correctly and in a timely manner. After everything is completed, we do offer warranty work and maintenance services to help with the up-keep of the newly installed material. |

| MAINTENCE | |||||||||||
| BASIC: MOW, BLOW, EDGE—typical lawn averages $60-100 per month. FULL SERVICE: BASIC + BED SERVICES—typical lawn and shrub package averages $100-$145 per month. This includes consistent pruning and hand pruning of hedges and landscape plants, maintaining a crisp cut lawn, removing any dead debris that is naturally collected( yes, this does include leaves!!!), keep the beds weed free. |

| STRICTLY SHRUBS | |||||||||||
| This is maintenance FOR PLANTS ONLY—excluding the lawn. Average beds start at $50 per month. This is for the homeowner that doesn’t mind cutting the yard on a sit down mower, but isn’t a horticulturalist and can’t keep up with the high maintenance shrubs and the painstaking chore of weed pulling. | |||||||||||
| IRRIGATION | |||||||||||
| From start to finish, we can get water to that property. Irrigation is by far the most important component in order to successfully have an easily maintained landscape. With the constant battle to conserve our beautiful water supplies, we offer new and innovative techniques to help reduce water loss, and also to reduce the amount of water used in the landscape areas. | |||||||||||
| DRAINAGE | |||||||||||
| With the consistent amount of rain here in Florida, we always seem to find areas on our properties that collect water or create nasty erosion due to runoff. Landscape Unique offers solutions to help you and your property to be worry free from those issues. | |||||||||||
